We come from Hong Kong! Kyoto is a a good place for travelling. Here have lots of Japanse traditional temples and buidings. Budget Inn is convinient place for us to go around. Staff is hepful and kind! Very nice ! If you have time, come and visit Hong Kong!

Its a nice place to stay and boys at reception are friendly and very efficient and helpful.

The beds were superb the staff so friendly!
The tea and sake were much appreciated as were the times that we finally figured out how to change into English.
Oh and best of all, trying on the kimono!

Had a nice stay, rooms were clean + good that they are ensuite + enough room for everybody. Liked that there was a communal living space to eat + meet other travellers+ that it is set up to give us a feel for Japanese culture. We didn't get chance to try on kimono but that's a great idea! The microwave was not very good or clean, which made it hard especially as we are travellers on a budget, but apart from that we had a nice time.
Free sake + chopsticks on check out were a nice touch. Thanks!

Although I did not sleep in my bed due to partiying in Gion until dawn, I love the acommodations and wonderful staff.
The price allows for more enjoyed of all Kyoto has to offer.
Japan is one of the most wonderful places I have visited.

Nice beds, shower, heated toilet seats, an umbrela on rainy days, shops and railway station very close, bike rental, internet, excellent information, free coffee and tea, friendly staff, etc.

The rooms at Budget Inn are very comfortable and decent for the low rates.
I am extremely impressed by the honesty of the staff as I had not even realized that
my iphone was underneath my bed. When the cleaners had serviced our room
they had placed it ontop of my bed!

Its great to see honest and genuine service!
